The real mess

The shop already lives in WhatsApp, Excel, and paper.

Malaysian micro-SMEs are not looking for an ERP. They need a place to record, organise, share, and track — without data-entry fatigue.

01

Invoices in chats

Quotes, receipts, and “already paid?” live in WhatsApp. Follow-up is memory.

02

Excel nobody else understands

Stock, staff leave, and customer lists sit in files only the owner can open.

03

Receipts in the gallery

Phone photos of bills and DuitNow screenshots never become a clean record.

The Free path

WhatsApp is the mess. The invoice is the record.

Malaysian micro-SMEs already quote in chat. Free is the ledger for that work — before you pay for the full OS.

  1. 1

    One record, not a thread

Quotes and “already paid?” stop living only in WhatsApp. Free tracks income, invoices, and payment status.

  2. 2

A link beats a buried PDF

The public invoice link is what you send. Follow-up is the record, not memory.

  3. 3

Paid is a field, not a guess

Mark paid when money arrives. The DuitNow panel on the invoice is paid plans — not Free.

What is NiagaX?

NiagaX is an AI business operating system for Malaysian micro-SMEs. It starts with invoicing and payment tracking, then adds admin, operations, sales, HR, and marketing in one product.

Who is NiagaX for?

Owner-led Malaysian micro-SMEs — typically under about RM 5 million yearly revenue — that currently run the business in WhatsApp, Excel, and phone photos.

Is NiagaX accounting software?

No. It is not Xero, QuickBooks, or Bukku. Finance tracks income, invoices, and payments so the owner stays in control. Full LHDN MyInvois connector is not claimed as live.

Do I need staff to use it?

No. Free and Basic are built for owner-operators and freelancers. Micro and Small add seats when the team grows.

What does Free include?

Finance lite: income, invoices, and payment tracking. 25 invoices a month, 50 customers, 200 MB storage. No AI agents. Upgrade when the business gets real.

Does Free include DuitNow?

No. The DuitNow panel on invoices is a paid-plan feature. Free still lets you track whether an invoice was paid. Start a 14-day trial on Basic, Solo, or Micro if you need DuitNow now.

Where is data hosted, and does PDPA apply?

Yes. NiagaX is operated under Malaysia’s PDPA. Product data is hosted in Singapore (Supabase).

Is this an ERP or a POS-only app?

Neither. It is a dual-mode operating system: phone for execution, desktop for control. POS exists inside Sales. It is not StoreHub, Odoo, or SAP.

Who operates NiagaX?

Bantu Niaga Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur. The product brand is NiagaX.
