Bantu Niaga Sdn. Bhd. (“we”) operates NiagaX. This notice explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its 2024 amendments.

We process account data (name, email, business name, Malaysian state), usage data needed to run the service, and billing data handled by payment processors. Data is hosted in Singapore via Supabase.

This marketing website does not set first-party cookies. English and Bahasa Malaysia are separate URLs (/ and /ms), not a cookie. Optional Google Analytics loads only when a measurement ID is configured at build time. When it is, Google may set its own cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
