NiagaX is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for Malaysian SMEs providing administration, finance tracking, operations, sales (including POS), HR, marketing tools, and optional AI assistants in a single workspace. It is not a substitute for a licensed accountant or legal advice.

Free and paid plans have different module entitlements and quotas. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Governing law is Malaysia; courts of Kuala Lumpur.

Feature descriptions on this website describe the intended product. Items listed as add-ons or not yet live (for example WhatsApp Business API sending, LHDN MyInvois connector, hardware POS) are not included unless enabled on your account.
